7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at trendx19@gmail.com. After that, we may not be able to modify the order once it's processed.


8. What is your return/refund policy?

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
